National Traffic Consultant's (NTC) Code of Ethics is a set of practices that NTC has always followed. These words formalize our commitment to the ethical business practices that we apply to the day-to-day conduct of our business. This code is our pledge to you. We pledge to:
- Separate client funds from our company's operating cash
- Hold client funds in a trust account with a major financial institution
- Provide competitive prices that ensure fair compensation for our services
- Pay carriers on time, in accordance with our service agreement
- Prepare checks and mail them on the cycle we agree upon with our clients
- Credit voluntary carrier refunds to our clients within five business days
- Encourage clients to audit our processes
